NIGHT OF THE BEAR

An embedded Russian agent, who has gained the U.S. President's ear and trust, discovers a chink in the armor of the most powerful nation on earth, but the time to exploit it is short. He sells a plan to a beleaguered Russian leader who sees it as a way out of his war-torn troubles without triggering a world-wide war. In advance of the operation, the Kremlin uses the vast power of its disinformation engine to convince Americans they are in imminent danger of another massive terrorist attack. An FBI agent puts the puzzle pieces together, but because she’s a maverick and a constant thorn in their sides, her superiors don’t take her seriously. They should. The U.S. government is about to be decapitated, and a wild aerial melee not seen since 9/11 plays out in the night skies over middle and southern America.
